I have about 15 kids ranging from a few months old to about 12 to buy christmas for. I would like to make something that cost $15.00 or less each. I just need some ideas.

Make pillows out of fleece. you can add a jammy pocket to the back of the older children's pillows but the fun is in the shape that says something aboout them or the trim or even a little embroidery.
Make a square pink fleece pillow with a dark pink crown sewn to the face and separately stuffed m(applique) then embroider a name, like Princess Stephanie.
For the musician, make a long rectagular black pillow with white key shapes.
Or a guitar shape or a fish for the fisherman, a hand shape with rings embroidered on for the jewelry collector.
Even cheaper, a muslin square with
SHHH

or The prince cannot be disturbed
or The Princess is in but she isnot in the mood
door signs for their rooms

One thing that is back in big again are the Sock Monkeys. I have seen them as monkeys, teddy bears, bunnys, pigs and others. They are cure, easy to make and go for all ages from babies to teens. Look on HGTV.com for instructions.

Do you knit or crochet? I have 9 grandchildren and I make afghans for my kids and stepkids, and hat, scarf, and mitten sets for each grandchild. Even teenagers need that.
