oh well yesterday i just went shopping cuz in 3 weeks im going to visit my bf to the states and i was buying some presents for his family. ok. me my friend and her bf went out after shopping and my bf didn't knew it. he called me but i didnt answer the fone cuz i thu he would get mad at me for havent get home yet. oh well my friend told me i should call him back and i did and i explained to him. when i got home he started askin me what i really was doing but i told him the true and he was like not believin it at all. i got mad bc i told him the true and i let him know i dont feel bad at all cuz i know i did said the true instead of sayin that i was in the "bathroom or somewhere else"...... hes lack of self-trust and he doesnt trust ppl too much but he "does" to me "apparently".....
what can i do?
his family loves me and they know that if bc his fault he loses me, they will kick his ***. in other hand, i love him and i know he does but i really want to help him

Honestly he sound like a jerk. You might be getting yourself into a bad situation. I mean seriously sit down and think about what your life will be like if you stay with him. I am not trying to be ignorant or tell you what to do but just think about this cuz I know ppl with problems like what your describing but it's alot worse. It started out that way though so be careful and good luck! Oh and tell him you don't want to be treated that way, your not a slave, you can do what you want.

All I can say is that he will eventually forget about it. I've gotten mad at a girlfriend before for this. I knew she wasn't doing anything but I got mad anyway. Just don't bring it up anymore and he will forget.

Look at your own behavior. You didn't just pick up the phone and tell him what you were doing and you expect him to understand that. Why not be an adult and just tell him? I don't get why your day was a secret. I don't blame him for feeling like you might be up to something. You should apologize for making him worry.

You do not marry a man to "Help him"
What his family does to him is between him and his family and of no concern to you.
He will not change, if he is not the one, move on.
Unless you don't mind being treated this way (and worse) for the rest of your life.
Marry a man, not a project.

If your boyfriend doesn't beleive you he is probably insecure. you can't force someone to beleive you but you can be honest and try. sounds like a doomed relationship.
