They both have different styles of music and both are very talented so I can't compare the two. Ciara is on the scale of Alliyah and Chris Brown is on the scale of a Usher in his younger years.

in my opinion, i think of ciara's an more desirable singer. chris brown in actuality sound somewhat squeaky at situations. Ciara has that sophistacted experience to her character + unlike different lady R&B singers accessible, she isn't that dependant on her seems. the girl can sing.

It's hard to compare the two. Better in terms of what, singing or dancing? Actually I'd have to say with singing and dancing, Chris Brown is better. He has better vocal range, and was already a dancer before.
