I don't know who you consider beautiful...and find that part of your question a bit confusing...I guess you mean people who have clear skin.
I always had good luck with Neutrogena products. Their non-drying acne wash is great and Walmart makes the Equate version, exactly the same just cheaper, Neutrogena also makes a body wash for body acne, probably cheaper than the face wash and bigger size, maybe there is Equate of that. Use with a clean wet washcloth and scrub gently, rinse thoroughly to avoid breakouts on the chinline. To tone, try witch hazel on a cotton ball, it is in the first aid aisle. To exfoliate, try baking soda in a paste. To moisturize, use aloe vera gel. Stay away from makeup for a while, when your face clears up use the powdered mineral foundations and easy on the blushers etc.
Last tip is to get a couple extra sets of pillowcases and change them often so you aren't sleeping on the facial residue of nights before. Don't wash them with fab softener.
Mary Kay is also a great line. I hear great things about Proactive but never tried. It came along after most of my worst breakouts were over. One of the most important products in my house is tea tree oil. I have a bottle of pure oil, and I always have a set of tea tree shampoo and conditioner in the shower (I switch off with other kinds.) Paul Mitchell makes Tea Tree Special and Sally Beauty Supply carries a generic of the exact same formula...the reason I mention this is because the shampoo makes an excellent cleanser all over the body. You could try washing your face with it. In addition to being antibacterial, it is also anti-fungal so it is good for all kinds of skin problems. Fairly gentle but it does tingle until you rinse it. It stinks but the smell goes away when you dry off. You can also follow up the tea tree cleansing with a little bit of tea tree oil on a wet cotton ball to dilute.
Stay away from Avon's acne line, Sea Breeze, and Noxzema. These are really strong and always burned my skin.

I would go to a doctor or try some OTC face washes and stuff. I really don't know what to tell you since I never really got acne. Just A pimple during my time of the month, never more than 2. I'm lucky.

go to a dermatologist and get a nice heavy-duty face product.
For the really big irratating zits, wash face and mosturize as normal, then take a Q-tip and dip it in rubbing alchohol. Put it directly on the zits u want to nix fast.

Clean and Clear and wipe your face down with witch hazel for the acne. my little secret for redness is wash your face with a little bit of bleach. not a whole lot just a pinch of it in your clean and clear. my face is clear it took about a month to get it like that.

See a dermatologist!! What you think is acne, might not be acne. The doctor will know exactly what it is and how to treat it. It may be a little expensive, but it will benefit you in the long run! Good luck.

There is a diet that you can go on to benefit your face. My sister started it a 4 months ago and her face is completely clear now. I forget what diet she used, but I bet you can google it to find one that suits you.
