i have this old pair of navy blue low cut all stars that i want to paint on.........! i know there wont be much space to paint on like hi tops but...i love this pair ...and i was wondering what i should paint on them to make them stand out ......it has to be an easy design coz im not much of an artist .....what color would look good and what color laces should i get ........im 16/f .....i'm all for girl power and im very fond of dogs .........so how do i put all this into a design on the shoes ....help!

Stars or hearts would be the easiest graphic to do. Or you could just do an overall abstract with multiple colors and write favorite sentiments on top of this or names of friends or just " I love my dogs" ( dog can also be a euphemism for feet ....I know,pretty lame)

Apple green or bright orange are nice colors to go with navy blue. Or both! Have shoe laces in the same color (green or/and orange) as the painting.
As for the painting itself: how about lots of little bones (easy to draw)?

get some of that bubble art paint you get for crafts and have all your friends sign your shoes in bright colors
