I work first shift in an office and my husband work second at a factory. I hate never seeing him and the kids miss him during the week. Anybody else have the same problem? How do you handle kids time with him and also your time with him?

Looking for a different job is not an option. He makes really good money and the benefits are great. I have health problems and the insurance is great with that. Need answers as to how to spend the little time we have together.

I have that problem.I work days in a office and he works nights, he's a truck driver. My kids know that dad is at work but he still gets a chance to see them when he gets home. He sleeps thru the day that is if he gets home early. But Sundays is our Family Day we are all together and we go to eat to this one place every Sunday it's our family tradition. After that we go to amusement parks or the mall or just places where the kids can have fun.
