A cross dresser simply enjoys wearing clothing of the opposite sex. This could be, for example, a man who appears to be normal and masculine, but likes to wear skimpy women's underwear under his business suit. It doesn't mean he's gay or a pervert (depending on your standards, of course).
A transsexual identifies with the opposite sex and may believe that they are "a woman trapped in a man's body." They may live their life as the opposite sex and even undergo surgery to make it physically so.

Transsexuals feel like they are the opposite gender, they feel trapped in the wrong body and they identify more with the opposite gender. They are biologically one gender and psychologically the other gender.
Crossdressers like wearing women clothes. Most crossdressers are fine with being male and don't really wish they were female, they just like to dress like women and most of them are straight. It's just a fetish.

when a person cross dresses this only my opinion eventually they become a transexual. men like to wear womens clothes like some women like mens clothes for them cross dressing is start then transexual comes next.

A cross dresser is a straight man that likes to dress in women's clothes. A transsexual is a gay person the dresses in the opposite sex clothes.
