I would like to buy an older property in Turkey, pref. near Fethiya, Olu Deniz somewhere around there. All I get from web searches are new complexes etc. Does anyone have any idea of a site where I can look at small, more traditional properties?

Your best bet is to go to Turkey. I doubt if you will find older properties advertised on the internet. I do not know of any Turkish newspapers either that might help you - but you would need to know at least some Turkish for them to be of any help.
Have you tried the Turkish Tourism Office? They might be able to help.
