You can get your money back, tell them you know its fake and you want your money back, you'll have to send them back the jacket and wait for a credit on your credit card. You can also stop the payment through paypal, if you used them. Make sure you comment on the supplier that the product was fake so others will know not to buy from them.

If you were told it was a real prada jacket, then yes, it's considered fraud. Contact ebay, and also call your local attorney general's office to see what can be done.

it depends on how it was advertised. Did it say it was a real prada jacket? or a "looks just like". E-mail the seller with your concerns. Copy eBay with your concerns, ask for dispute resolution if you don't get any response or offer to refund. I'm an eBay Traders Assistant and it's important to me, and others, to keep eBay an honest place. PLEASE report this to eBay.

if tjhe ebay add said it was real prada then yes it not allowed and you can file a complaint and get your money back. if it just suggests it, or perhaps is prada "like" then its legal. make sure you read the auction throughly, if you bought and it said like or something along those lines, not much you can do, if it said its real prada then file a complaint and get your money back.

most of the clothing on there is fake junk. I bought an adult swim shirt for cheap and t was a knock off and fell apart ater the first wash. I figured it a fluke and bought a pair of nike. when they got to my house the tag read "nyke" yes, its most likely fake. do not waste money of that crap.
