Yes, they give both sides...the Republican and the Conservative!

First of all, Fox "News" isn't news; it's typical conservative-biased media hype designed to spoon feed 'ditto heads' their daily dose of propaganda.
Fox "News" is about as fair and balanced as the Nazi regime's brainwashing in the 1930's.
Shawn Hannity, Ann Colture, Bill O'Reilly and others are nothing more than demonic shoutmasters who spread hatred, bigotry and lies across America without any shame or conscience. And let's not forget druggie Rush Limbaugh, the Republican Party's most obscene mouthpiece who has turned otherwise intelligent 'ditto heads' into non-thinking dullards unable to think for themselves.
Fox "News" and the rest of the conservative-biased media has failed the American public miserably, providing no balance, no investigation, no accuracy, no completeness, no objectivity, and certainly no honest reporting.
The Democrats have tried their own brand of brainwashing, but aren't savvy enough to manipulate the media with the finesse and degree of greatness that the Republicans have mastered.
It's too bad the American people have such little choice when it comes to fair and balanced journalism. -RKO-

No. No media outlet is really fair and balanced because we are all human. Fox is at the mercy of its ratings, and so it gives viewers what it thinks they want. Nothing fair or balanced about that when you think of the average viewer.

Fox news is perhaps even more slanted than European outlets because it tries so hard to make news "simple" and "fun", which it usually isn't.

Best to give up on the search for fair and balanced media in the U.S., and instead carefully think about what each one's biases are.

I personally would never trust any corporate TV station. We have the BBC here in UK, and they're supposed to be unbiased in their reporting, but you can see that they are biased by the stuff they choose to make newsworthy and the stories they don't say much about.
Bottom line - when it comes to ANY public media source, always read between the lines. There is always another side to every story. Always.
These companies are there to make big money and they won't manage to do that if they start going on about, say, the evils of meat farming or the fact that we should be driving less because of the oil reserves depleting at an alarming rate. These are carefully omitted from day to day news because governments won't allow it becasue oil and meat are 2 of the world's biggest money spinners. Therefore, the news is not being evenly reported.

Definitely not. I don't think any news stations are entirely fair and balanced, but Fox News is worst than most! It's very skewed towards the right.

Well, it's very fair and balances out other news networks, so yes.

Well, yes and no.
It's about as fair and balanced as CNN, CBS, NBC and ABC.

Intelligent, thinking people will NOT rely on any one news source for all the news.
And especially not rely solely on television for all news information.

There is of course a slant in each and every news channel in the world. I thought by and large it was fair.
