If you must squeeze your blackheads to try to remove the blockage in your pore, follow these tips.

* Gently scrub you face to remove dead skin cells.
* Dry your face, patting it with a soft towel.
* Use a warm compress to soften the blackheads. Hold the compress against your skin for at least 10-15 minutes.
* Pat your face dry again so that your skin isn’t slippery.
* Taking great care, gently apply pressure on either side of the blackhead, the purpose being to get underneath the blackhead and pop it up through the pore

If the blemish doesn’t pop out easily, leave it alone. Messing with a stubborn blackhead could make it worse and cause scarring.

You might be wondering about those pore strips that are advertised on television now. Although readily available, they are not the best method of removal.

Then you use soap and wash with warm water again so you are leaving your pores open which mean your face is picking up all the dirt of the day. So after washing make sure you rinse your face with cold water to close up your pores again
