I love the Swaddlers!!! My son is 8 months and I used the baby dry once and I hated them. I found that the swaddlers fit better and the baby dry ones had no strechiness in them. Plus, the swaddlers are a bit softer and absorb better. Hope this helps

I preferred the Pampers swaddlers until my son got past the first 3 months. It's not necessarily that they hold more lol...it's that they tend to keep baby's butt drier, with less issue with leaking (should he suddenly have a blowout lol). Of course...this only works if you aren't like me and changing it every time you notice even the slightest wetness lol.
But I would say Pampers Swaddlers.
I wouldn't be too worried about economical until later - when they go through them even faster. I use Baby Dry now in a size 5 - they are really only good for one maybe two uses at that point (good thing potty training is up!)

We've used teh Swaddlers with my daughter as an infant and then moved into Cruisers at size 3 because I thought the Baby Dry diapers were a bit stiff. But, I just bought a pack of Baby Dry diapers this week because the store was out of Swaddlers/Cruisers in her size, and they've changed them a bit. I don't see any difference between them and the Cruisers now, except the color/designs.
So, if your baby does well with the Baby Dry, I'd go with that. My Daughter couldn't wear anything but pampers because of allergies. Luvs are another much cheaper alternative.

I swear by the Swaddlers and then the cruisers ! I only buy the baby dry in an emergency ! I've seen alot of people say that huggies or luvs are better and cheaper but I feel that the pampers swaddlers or cruisers are best.

I have used both Swaddlers and Baby Dry and I prefer Swaddlers. The Swaddlers have stretchy sides and a mesh layer on top of the regular diaper layer to protect the baby's bottom better.

In size one, I preferred the Swaddlers. I liked the fit of them better. The Baby Dry seemed to dig in or something. They just didn't fit as well. It can be different for every baby though. I know each of my kids has had to use a different kind of diaper. You can always buy a bag of them and try them out to see if you like them ok.

So far I love the swaddlers...I haven't tried the baby dry. I have tried the white cloud which is supposidly made by huggies also. But they were hard and left her bottom a little red. The swaddlers are soft and they don't leave her red.
I'd go with the Swadlers..I may try the new kind that huggies just came out with when she starst to crawl.

We used swaddlers because they were softer than the Baby Dry. We tried both though. Now there is a new baby dry in super flexible and soft material. They are softer than the cruisers. Stick with swaddlers, I think, because they feel like cotton and not plastic.

The swaddlers are better when the baby is really small. The swaddlers fit better around those little legs.
However, as they get bigger, there's not much difference.
Go with the swaddlers for now.
