Go to a clinic in town, and tell them you don't have insurence and they should take care of it anyway.
And pain in the genitals can be caused by anything, they are very sensitive. Your pants or underwear could be too tight, u itch them or play with them to much?
Think about it...

If you used protection then there's really nothing to worry about. You just might feel wrong about what you did, anyways you can walk in at any clinic and get tested. All STD test are free and confidential. Sometimes big clinics give you a hard time but any other clinic will do just fine. If you want you can get the numbers of clinics around your neighborhood and just call them and ask about taking the test and they'll help with any question. You don't have to give them any information over the phone. Good Luck.

Hmm this is a tricky one. I am pretty sure you can get medicaid.. or something that your parents do not know about. Or, why dont you get your insurance card from your parents. Ask them if you have one,( which you should) or just take it while they do not know. I feel bad for you. You are 18- you're parents should let you have that freedom. You are at the age when you need to start knowing about your body... and Its a good thing that you want to get tested. Irresponsible about what you did though. FIRST-- you will have to tell your parent you dont want to have a family doctor anymore

Im not sure where youlive exactly but in Maryland we have a place called Patient First. Its not a hopsital persay but they can do everything from zrays to stitches to give out meds.
These places will see anyone with or without insurance for anything. You need to either go to a clinic or a place like patient first and get one. I think planned parenthood will test without insurance but you have to tell them that you do not have it. The testing that you want done will be expensive.
I would get the works. STD and AIDs testing just to put yourself in the clear.

you tell planned parenthood you have no insurance. If you don't want to see your family doctor, then make an appointment for another doctor and tell your parents that you wanted to checked out cause you haven't been feeling well and your primary doc was all booked up. simple solutions for simple problems. good luck, i've heard that if you want to get fully tested it's painful for the males. just warning you, my ex passed out when he did it, but he could have different pain tolerance than you.

Go to the local Red Cross and donate blood (if they'll let you). They will test your blood for STDs and if they find anything they will tell you confidentially.

Go to your County Health Department, or go to one of those little urgent care clinics that are popping up everywhere- Chances are you are just fine- But because you are 18, they can not disclose your health information to your parents. Even your family doctor can not tell them anything. Just be sure that you tell your family doctor that from this point forward they do not have your permission to disclose any of your health information to your parents and put it in writing.

Find a family planning clinic. Planned Parenthood should see you regardless of insurance. They work off of a sliding scale.

you should be able to go your school counsler or someone at the health dept that will keep your visit confidential. if you cannot get help that way. then go ahead and tell your parent that you need to go to the doctor..if something is wrong, it needs to be checked. and remember all this the next time you sleep around irresponsibly
