Comfort Inn in Ardmore is attached to the Casino there. Reasonable rates, clean rooms, indoor pool/hottub, suana and workout machines. The wife and I stayed there last year and were happy with accomadations.

Holiday Inn Express in Durant., Oklahoma. They also built a new hotel right by the Choctaw Casino.

Sorry I don't know of a motel, but a couple good Mexican restaurants in Ardmore are ,Polo's and El Chico

Find a Best Western there - there really isn't much more. Something I like to do in those areas is tent camp at Arbuckle Wilderness or Turner Falls.
