yes you can and if you are not disabled then you should get ticketed for that. Those parking spaces are there for a purpose.

Not only can you get ticketed for parking there...if you are driving someone elses car which has the parking tag...and you get caught you can also be ticketed...that spot is only for the owner of the car to use. One exception is if you are driving that person then you can use that parking spot.

Yes, you can. Disabled parking spaces are for people with disability's, and may need extra space for wheelchair access. Because these spaces are normally very close to where you need to go, many lazy people use them to avoid walking. Many supermarket car parks here in the UK, are taking very firm action against drivers not displaying the necessary documentation of disability when parked in these area's.

I took my Gran shopping - parked in disabled bay - displayed her orange badge the wrong way up so attendant couldn't see date - got a ticket. So - parking when you don't have a badge at all - definitely - and rightly so.

Yes. If you don't have a handicap sticker in your window you will be ticketed for parking there if a cop sees you.

I've seen many cops double check to make sure that the cars parked in handicap spaces are allowed to be there.

If you aren't dissabled or don't have a dissabled passenger, then find a normal parking spot. Even if you have to walk further, it won't kill you. The exercise will do you good.
