When I as a guy get caught checking out two women that are together, I am automatically percieved as a immature man that wants to see the two women get it on or whatever. So then they both get defensive and let me know in their own way my looking is very unwanted.

When I'm out with my girl, and obvious Lesbians star her up and down for ever, then I'm considerd a bit insecure, and an ****** if I say something to the chick like, "would you like a camera" or "did you lose something"

It's like As a guy I'm wrong for getting irratated with them looking at my girl, Yet If I get caught checking them out I'm an immature idiot with no respect for thier relationship or something to that effect.

What gives?

I'm not 100% dead serious here it's just a question no need to be judgemental or defensive.

Just weigh in if you can.

Kevin that is good stuff, I was looking at this all wrong. I though since some of them get mad and defensive how come I shouldn't.

My girl is very straigh we made that clear a while ago. But For real Kevin I'ma do that. I'm a big guy so I serioulsy doubt there will be any confrontation

Welcome to the world of double and triple standards.
As an older woman and a lesbian for many years I can only say this: By the way you talk-your lady is very nice looking and she is going to draw stares from everyone not just lesbians so just say nothing and grin inside for she is in your arms not anyone elses.
As for the flack you get for giving stares-learn to be a bit more discrete with your eyes-after all you do have a pretty lady, Right?

Sadly a few men before you in history and over time have destroyed all men's chances of being labeled normal for ever. We are now pigs, dogs, perverts, insecure, Aholes or whatever else woMEN deem to name us.

Just remember, you are who you are. If you know your not any of those names above, then screw what they think. If they stare at your woman, do what I have done in the past. If your walking away, stick your hand in your woman's back pocket, making sure to leave one specific hanging out of the pocket to let them know you know what they are doing. Don't look at them, don't look back as you two walk away, just let them see your gesture. They may quite, they may confront. If they confront, use man's best defense. Deny. Tell them that was how your hand naturally went in there and you had no idea it was your middle finger sticking out, and you in no way was aiming it at them. If you can manage that excuse with a straight face and not bust up laughing at their idiocy, more power to ya.

And finally, just feel flattered that your woMAN is hot enough to attract attention by both sexes.

If that's true, yes it's a 100% double standard.

You're at a disadvantage because you're a man. Everyone assumes the a man is horny and attracted to every woman that walks down the street.

From a general relationship perspective I understand what you mean. It bothers the crap out of me when other girls flirt with my girlfriend right there in front of me. Bugs the piss out of me. BUT....I also know that 1) my girlfriend nine times out of ten doesn't pay them a bit of attention if she notices that they are flirting with her and 2) I'm also a bit flattered a bit that they think she's hot enough to want to flirt with! If you know that your girlfriend is straight then you should be confident enough in yourself and in her to know that she's not going to ditch you. As far as you checking out two girls together I think it's just a natural curiosity for people to do this. Hell...I'm a lesbian and I still am totally fascinated by two guys or two girls together kissing or not. I can usually spot lesbians a mile away and there are times when it's all I can do not to scream out "HEY! I'M ONE TOO!" Anyway....I don't personally get offended when anyone watches me and my girlfriend. I'm so proud to be with her that it just doesn't bother me in the slightest!

If you are staring at somebody long enough to get caught then you probably deserve the response you get. just like you get mad when a woman is looking at your girl forever. lesbian couples feel the same way. and dont forget that gay couples get stared at a lot and get judged because of their lifestyle. so while you think its hot for two women to be together, their probably thinking your judging them for being lesbians. Just a thought.

People can look all they want, as long as it is discreetly. Ogling and staring are rude. It sounds like you may be getting a taste of your own medicine.

Starers are not as rude as commenting on someone staring in any manner. A gentleman would ignore such clods and walk away.

The moral is. Lesbians love to pick and choose their favorite double standards as much as straight women. Aren't we all used to it by now? I never expect consistency or accountability out of a female.
