Best case: Mets vs. Twins (for me)
I will be disappointed if the Yankees make it. They're certainly not a "bad" team, rather they are very good. BUT they are so overrated, and their payroll is just ridiculous. I would love to see them knocked out early on (by Detroit...wishful thinking) so it proves you don't have to have a huge payroll to win the World Series! Look, the Twins are one of the lowest paid teams, and they have been smokin lately!
I don't want to see the Yankees go to the WS, or the Cardinals (sorry, but no), or the Tigers... I wouldn't mind seeing the A's, the Twins, the Mets, the Padres...
