I don't believe so. However, if you believe what they mean, then they will mean what you believe.
Normally fish means freedom, however, someone says it could mean money. Whatever it is, it depends on the dream. In your case, it may be coincident that pregnancy just happened. Or may be it really means that in your case. Perhaps you want the answer to be yes, if so, hold on to your belief. You may dream of more fish next time you want to be pregnant.
Remember, mind is a tricky thing

I guess in some cases it is true. Everyone doesn't have the same dreams. With both my pregnancies I drempt of fish. And with my first pregnancy, so did my mom.
So I guess it all depends on the person. I had a dream with fish and told my husband's family about it and told all the girls to watch out. The very next month we found out his neice was 3 months pregnant.
I don't know about dead fish though...

the place did you get this thought? there are literally hundreds of girls human beings interior the international who're pregnant at anybody time? how many are dreaming of fish? fairly some i might think of. Is there any connection between their being pregnant and their dream? I doubt it -- it extremely is barely a wierd accident. the assumption is bolstered every time it occurs, yet disregarded whilst it would not.

I've never heard that one.
I had some strange dreams while pregnant, but never of fish.

No. If that were true, the fisherman's wife would be pregnant 365 days a year.
