I was going to say Dillards, but Macy's about the same so ...

Walk 30 minutes a day, quit drinking soda drinks, pack your own lunch with fruit and yogurt, tea and water for a while ( it will save you money too!).
And if Salvation Army is on your list, don't for get Wal-Mart's George line, Target, and J. C. Penney's or Kohl's for some of the basics. Actually JC Penney's has better bras than Victoria Secret if you ask me. Go to Kroger's, Target, and sometimes Wal Mart for your cosmetics. If you look in Sunday flyers you can get coupons for some of your favorite brands of cosmetics.

But why spend all your money on clothes? Just get a good basic warbrobe and assecorize until you save up enough that you are not just throwing your money away on clothes. It is more important to have a stable living area and security than to worry too much about what others think about you when you are starting out. Others will always judge you according to their standards, which change with the wind. You need to set your own fashion bar with some limits until money isn't an issue.

Mervyn's sells the same products as Victoria Secret
Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic are the same company and sell the same items (Old Navy is cheaper)
Nordstrom Rack is all of Nordstrom's stuff from the outgoing season

But, I'd spend the money on a few items that you can mix and match so you can save money for things like: food, bills, renters insurance, savings, IRA, 401K, investments, long term things to secure your future.

Try Macy's, Aeropostale, Charlotte Russe, Forever 21...

As for the diet and exercise plan.... diet: drink lots of water everyday, eat lots of fruits and veggies, eat foods with lots of fiber (oatmeal, cereal), maybe add some kind of herbal supplement to you diet... In general just watch your calories. There's no need to starve yourself to lose weight, it's completely the opposite! You need to eat a lot of small meals throughout the day to maintain your metabolism. And so make sure to eat breakfast everyday! That's really important.

Exercise plan... try to work out atleast 3 times a week, more if you can. Make sure to vary your workouts with cardio, weight training, crunches, etc... Then increase the intensity of your workouts as you go along so you can keep getting results.

Good luck!

i like to shop at old navy, because instead of having a regular section with cute clothes and then a plus size section with ugly clothes, they just carry everything from size 2-24 (i think).

You're in college right?! So you have got to have some APPLE BOTTOM in your closet. If you don't have a butt, these jeans will give you plenty! And if you've already got a butt, the jeans will only improve that!! I love mine!!!!!!!!!
