my eyes are allways look dull , how can i make my eye brighter?
no stupid answer plz.if u give full details i will choose best answer.

Use Optrex eye brightening drops. I use them when I ve had a heavy night and they really do work! Also if you are a girl, if you put white eyeshadow in the inner corners of your eyes it opens them up. White eyeliner is supposed to be good too but i have never used that.

Do the whites of your eyes look blue? This can be a sign of medical problems and if they do I'd ask your doctor about it.
If they're not blue and just dull try bright eyes eye drops, bought from boots or any chemist I should think.

what colour are your eyes?
blue and grey eyes look brighter with a slight tan
green eyes look brighter with lilac and purple shades
try light colours of eye shadow with brown eyes
dont use black mascara or eyeliner use brown instead
get some eye drops from a local drug store

If your eyes are green use a bright green shadow, if they are blue use a blue just on the the lid Do that it might help. Get a dark length inhancing mascara

not sure about any medical remedies buttt make-up company benefit iz fantastic they hav evrything, creams 4 refreshing your eyes, lifting your eyebrows n makin ur eyes look brighter. all their other makeup iz rely good 2! try it out itz wkd. dont kno where you are butt hey have counters at most large department stores and some independent boutiques. herez tha website : www.benefitcosmetics.com

Optrex have a product called "Bright Eyes" which might help. It's some sort of drops.

My top tip is to run a white eyeliner pencil along the inside rim of your bottom lid - not too harsh so that it stands out though.

the avon sell eyeshadows in different colours which are described as making eyes brighter so try them!

Try putting some shimmery powder in the corner of your eyes, closest to your nose.
