I would think about 2 weeks after conception. It will be symptoms more like the feeling of like ur fixing to start ur period, but if u are preg then ur period doesnt come. also by the time u miss ur period is the time u are able to take a preg test to see for sure if u are preg. I have 2 kids one is 4 and the other just turned 1. Both times I KNEW I was preg even befor I missed a period.

It isn't about how long after sex it is about how long after ovulation. If you do get pregnant you usually don't feel any true symptoms until you get a positive pregnancy test or you miss your period would be about 12-14 days after ovulation. You can't truly know until you miss your period.

it depends. Just because you unprotected sex does not necessarily mean that you are going to get pg that month. It could take up to months or years for that to happen. Depends on your body. Wait till you miss your period and then take a test.

To feel real signs I'd say a month. Since it takes sperm a complete week to reach the egg.

to "feel" it, it may be a month or so, but if you have a missed period then that may be your first sign. other signs may include tender breasts, hightened sence of smell, and feeling of constant tiredness.
