Generally it is mentioned on the test whether it needs to be done only in morning or any other time.but for accurate results it should be early morning urine because hormone level can be easily detected as it high at that time.

You can take a test at any time of the day, but your first mornings urine will be stronger and easier to detect the hormone in it.
It used to be that you would do it first thing or after holding it for 5 hours or more. With today's technology, you can test with a few drops and anytime. Good Luck and I hope the result is what you desire.

What I do is buy a box with 2 tests, do one now (and the results have always shown accurate for me, even though they say the best test is a morning test) and then do the second one in the morning...to validate...if they both show positive, get a blood test to confirm, which will also tell you approximately how far along you really are by the HCG levels in your blood,

You can take it anytime but , the best time is the morning because your urine is more concentrated.I've always taken mine as soon as I would get home from getting one.All were accurate.If your 5 or 6 weeks along your HCG level should be high enough to detect it no matter what time of day it is.Good Luck!

You can do it anytime. The benefit of doing it in the morning is that your urine is concentrated because it's been several hours since you went to the bathroom last. It might be easier to get a positive if it's faint in the mornings.

No you do not have to do them in the morning, they are so sensitive now that anytime is fine to get results. They say that the urine is stronger in the morning since you have not drank during the night like you do during the day, but yes anytime is fine.

I would take it first thing in the morning. Because one, that is what the dr.'s use is your first morning urine. and because the HCG levels in your urine will build up overnight and that is what you need to detect the pregnancy. All though you can take it at anytime of the day, it's just that your first mornings urine will have the strongest amount of the HCG levels.

Take it anytime of day after you miss a period. First morning urine is the most concentrated so if you get a negative or are really close to when period is due first thing is the best time.

Morning is the best because your hormones are stronger but if you are that far along it will probably be safe to take today. Always buy two test. One for now and one for the morning. I know what it's like to try to wait you want to know now!! And congrats if you are!! If its a good thing!
