ok you have loads of ideas about topics heres some ideas about presenting it.

3mins isnt very long at all, just relax into it you have a teacher who will flatted hecklers, so you have a captive audience.

there are 2 ways to do your notes.

1) write the whole thing out, this is time consuming and means that you will be reading from the paper this gives you sercurity but means its harder to look at the audience.

2) is bullet points this means that you need to know what youre talking about but you have these points to guide you and make sure your topics are in order, it also frees you too look around the room.

do practice, do it as quickly as possible and time it. then do it at a normal rate and time it. if your normal rate is about 3 minutes , add a couple of extra points to each section to make sure you have enough material if youre going too fast (but you can also leave these out if youre at the right speed).

otherwise trim or add until its the right length and has the right material

also put times down the side and keep an eye on the clock, this works better in longer presentations but it will stop you getting lost and going off on one for too long.

dont forget to conclude so you have a definite ending that draws all the parts together a bit or highlights the most important parts. (if you can, and it doesnt have to be long a for me the most important thing is... will probably do)

and lastly relax smile and feel good, it will all be over in 3 minutes, its not like youre your teacher they have to do it day after day, for hours!
