Who's cat is it? if its urs why did u get it if you were not prepared to take care of it properly??
If it aint urs then keep a water pistol handy or another device to squirt water, cats dont like it and it wshould soon get the message

If you live in the city, find out who it belongs to (if anybody), and tell them (nicely) to keep their cat corraled. If you live in the country, just DON'T FEED IT.
