IT IS A QUESTION. If I don't know the answer to something, I ask. If people started asking questions and stopped assuming everything about a particular group, things would be much better. But I see it would take someone like you to turn this question into something ugly.

To Ashton;
First of all, I am a grown woman who is probably old enough to be your mother. So watch your tone little girl.
Second of all, apparently your ancestors are not that proud of you since it is so obvious that you were given to Satan as his secret love child.

The Amish people in America are an old religious sect, direct descendants of the Anabaptists of sixteenth-century Europe. Not to be confused with the term anti-Baptist, these Anabaptist Christians challenged the reforms of Martin Luther and others during the Protestant Reformation, rejecting infant baptism in favor of baptism (or re-baptism) as believing adults. They also taught separation of church and state, something unheard of in the 16th century. Later known as the Mennonites, after the Dutch Anabaptist leader Menno Simons (1496-1561), a large group of Anabaptists fled to Switzerland and other remote areas of Europe to escape religious persecution.
common bond is a mainly German background (Pennsylvania Dutch is actually Pennsylvania Deutsch, or German). They also have Welsh, English, Scottish, Swiss, and French ancestry.
With the ethnic backgrouds listed above I would not think there are any black Amish unless they converted to the belief and way of life. I haven't found anything on the Amish views of black's and their history.
I hope this helps you out. I wish it could be more definitive for you.

The Amish are not evangelical, they do not go out looking for converts.
They are the descendants of Mennonites who came across the ocean around 1750 looking for religious freedom. They felt that excessive decoration and expense was prideful, so have avoided much modern innovation.
While Baptists, Methodists, Catholics and others have sought converts, Amish and traditionally Mennonites in general have not. More liberal Mennonite sects did begin looking for converts in the later part of the 20th century, but the Amish are the most Conservative of Mennonite sects.
So I would say, no.
But not out of racism, merely because no Blacks choose to follow the strict Amish lifestyle. Not all of their own children do.
The Amish consist almost entirely of those descended from Amish. It's not an attractive life to marry into, so marriage is mostly among their own kind. Fortunately they are sufficiently widespread to avoid inbreeding. Not all Mennonite sects are so fortunate.

The shooting that place in the Amish school does not have
nothing to do with black or white. That is the main problem
in the stupid country we live in. It is all the color or religion
people belong to.
If you really believe in God you know that we all worship the Lord and Savior, we follow same 10 laws, and we all have the
book we follow for instrution.
You should be praying for those people who lost their love ones
in that shooting and stop worrying about that stupid stuff.
