I don't know about which city but I do know that Dudleyville Connecticut is one of the most scariest ghost towns in America.
It's so haunted that the actually closed it down and If you are caught within a couple miles of it you will be arrested for trespassing and fined. The police are really strict because a lot of people try to sneak in and do weird rituals .

i would say east st louis ill it is so full of evil and corruption, whites use to kill blacks just for being alive in east st.then years later the tables turned so now the blacks and whites dead and alive hunt that city, its awful and very scary especially at night, that city was built over a city from the flood, underneath the streets, there are perfect free standing buildings still standing from back in the 1800s untouched like a ghost town even the old dirt roads are intact underneath, there was a giant side walk break and thats where i saw an old city, even some w buildings still had names on the windows and doors.spirits on bottom and spirits on top

No! human beings say that the Whaley living house in previous city is the major haunted living house in u . s . of u.s., i urge to determination. I fairly have done a a outstanding type of ghost searching there and in "warmth spots" round city and are available in up very short, in evaluation to my previous fatherland in an upstate new york Erie canal city that's full of unusual spots. you would possibly want to spit and hit a haunted living house living house/battleground/park/barn, etc. in New England/new york. I pay interest St. Augestine, Florida, Southern cities afflicted through the civil conflict and Gettysburg are also very haunted places. Its in reality a line of vacationer crap, like optimal topics have a tendency to be in this city.

I've heard that New Orleans is very haunted. It does have a lot of historical sites. Salem, Mass is pretty spooky too.

Hmm Washington D.C. where the Battle of Gettysburg took place, or New Orleans Louisiana where there is alot of old history. Those are the two places I hear about the most.

Ogden, UT
A lot of Mormons died there during the Winter of 1912. Frozen to death and buried in shallow graves. Particularly the Ben Lomond Hotel.
