Whenever I feed my rabbit, she always puts her front feet in the dish and digs knocking food out of the dish. She appears to be picking out the treats out of the food (which is mixed with pellets) and scrapping the pellets. I've tried changing her food to a different brand and she does it with all. She is wasting a lot of food and the food isn't cheap as some of you may know. Any help is appreciated.

Rabbit should have pellets that consist of either timothy hay or alfalfa. She shouldn't have seeds or dried fruit as it is unhealthy and will make her fat. They make food dished that clasp to the sides of cages or you can try getting a ceramic one. http://www.rabbit.org

My rabbit is doing the same (most of the food is outside of the bowl after he finishes... bad Bugsy! ...I tell him) ever since I bought this kind of food mixed with treats. I just gave him the last of it.... I will only buy pure pellets again and treats separate.
