Excellent point. It's really stupid to suggest that Jesus would approve of anything we do, especially bombing people in the name of democracy. What did Jesus know about democracy?

Moreover, Jesus did not speak English and none of the stories included in the Bible were written in English. I mean, they call it the ‘King James’ bible for crying out loud. That ought to give people a clue about who wrote and edited it.
Muslims and Christians both agree on the geographic location of the ‘Holy Land’. Many (and, yes, I know the difference between Arab – Persian, etc.) Muslims, in fact, can claim to be closer to Jesus biologically, psychologically, culturally and linguistically – and besides, they live there.

You undesirable deluded man or woman. you particularly think of that Bush cares the least bit what people think of roughly him. before everything you're able to could have a good set of brains to be that conscious, and as has been proved this guy isn't the smarted guy in the rustic. luckily, even his mom seems to realize that. while the Queen got here visiting jointly as his father replaced into president, Barb particularly had W placed out in the backyard someplace, as far as attainable from the Queen, as she replaced into afraid of what he could say to her. curiously Barb replaced into precise, as at this White Tie dinner he did be able to do some thing to completely disappointed the Queen. He basically does not get what being a president is, he does not comprehend a thank you to be Presidential. At a international assembly he particularly had the audicty to initiate attempting to offer the Chancellor of Germany a neck rub in the midst of a enterprise assembly. you will tell me this could be a guy that merits our appreciate? i do no longer think of so. those are basically the small stupid issues that he has performed. i've got not gotten to the conflict. we are in a conflict that never could have been. It replaced into desperate by using the UN that there have been no weapons of mass destruction. in accordance to Bush, we've been going over there to tutor there have been such weapons, nicely, after how some years over there (longer than WWII) we never discovered a sort of weapons, yet we are nonetheless there. we've been asked to flow away by using the Iraqis, the senate and the homestead have exceeded a invoice to get us out of there yet Bush vetoed it. do no longer you get it, this is Bush's conflict. he's the only one that needs this conflict, and that i assume you. this isn't any longer basically the liberals that are criticising Bush in this conflict. He has an approval fee of 38%, i'm sorry, yet there are not that many liberals in the rustic to make up the steadiness, so get it on your head, people do no longer choose this conflict. this isn't any longer Bush being stoic approximately each and every of the hatred coming his way, he's basically too stupid to even care. he isn't getting out of this conflict, to no longer keep us from terrorism, he's staying in it because of the fact HE desires to.

The land of the USA was here with many millions of happy residents. some forget that. Christians stole that land and murdered the inhabitants with weapons of mass destruction
( biological warfare) They ignored the lessons of the love of Christ to do it.
We are here now and trying to apply the rules and lessons of christ to modern day so must compare what HE would have done as if he would have or had a choice. There is no other way to do it. we do not expect you to wash others feet with your hair because now we have shoes and carpets and pavement etc. but we do expect you to treat a guest with courtesy etc.
we try to figure out what he would have done in a given modern situation applying his rules and so forth.
Hemp was and is a good textile prduct that caught unfairly in the Marijuana is Bad hoax in 1937. They do not outlaw poppies do they? Mc Donalds has poppyseeds on their buns.
it is the hypocrisy that prompts the discussion, not hemp itself.

Now there's an informed opinion on liberals. They, just like the Republicans, have realized the value of the Christian vote. Both sides are flirting with that huge group of voters, trying to seduce it over to their side. Are you afraid that saying Jesus would have been against abortion isn't going to work anymore when confronted with the idea that Jesus was a: a liberal and b: a pacifist, neither of which fit into conservative dogma. You have read the Bible haven't you?

Um, your question does display your ignorace; however, in response; when people mention "what would Jesus do"; it implies that Christ's message that we are all our brother's keeper indicates that there is a spriitual and social contract to take care of each other, to ensure that we are taken care of when in ill health and to give the shirt off our backs to those whom are in need; not the conservative mantra of it's all mine and you can't have none. In summary; Republicans have come to embody everything that is selfish and self-centered; becoming the party of ME, ME, ME and the Democratic Party embodies the hope for most americans; the party of WE. The slogan of "It's your money" only has one purpose, to ensure that the wealthiest americans maintain their place in the economic strata without ensuring that the rest of us have good food, low cost energy, basic health care and insurace at low cost; providing for a retirement income that will ensure that senior's are not imporvershed and lose their homes due to high property tax rates or health insuranace costs; etc. I'm all for the removal of Saddam Hussein and what our military is doing worldwide to ensure that violence takes place there and not here - I'm ex military. However, I am voting against this President and the rubber stamping Republican Party based on their domestic program to dismantle the social safety fabric of this nation and there assurances to the oil, pharaceutical and insurance interests of maintaining their gross profit margins.

I don't know who you're referring to. Maybe you should be a little more specific when addressing your question. I'm liberal, but not Christian so I don't reference Jesus. And who honestly cares about hemp nowadays?

They only bring up Jesus to try and make points. They are invalid points anyway so stop talking about our Lord in such a frivolous manner.
He would be conservative - end of story.

this has to be the single, most ignorant question that i have ever read. this question deserves no response from either end of the spectrum; although, because of its absurdity, will definitely get plenty of "answers." thanks for the amusement at your expense.
now, you get back to crazed q & a; i'll get back to talking about hemp and wondering what year it is.
