Grapeseed oil is the best for both massages and lube, if you want to go natural. I wouldn't do butter, but I guess it would work in a pinch.

no it is not... the fatty acids in butter will eat the latex off a condom. We did in high school as an experiment. Infact don't use any oil based lubricant at all.

Not recommended, but if you try it, be certain it's the non-salted kind! The salted variety might sting and/or be caustic to sensitive body parts.
