It's like your whole body gets super sensative and numb at the same time. All the muscles in that general area start to spasm and it's like waves of hypersensativity hit you. It's on the verge of painful. Thoughts get fuzzy but senses seem to get sharper. Its as if every nerve ending in your body is firing at the same time and more so at the point of origin. It's a raw emotion/feeling and totally animalistic. You abandon all control for that brief moment.
Probably doesn't make a whole lot of sense but that's the best decription I can come up with.
