well theirs this boy that I like and I told him that I liked him and if he will go out with me an he said he haves to know me better so we talked a little bit and he asked me for my # and I gave it to him but he did'nt call me and he didn't talk to me the day after we talked what should I do and does he like me?

I would go with the doesn't want to look like he is desperate and or maybe shy schtick for a bit, it depends on his body language when he talked to you as well, is he shy is he popular or more quite? the fact that he said he has to know you better makes me think that he is shy or really unexperienced, but give it a couple of days maybe try to strike up a casual conversation with him see how he reacts i.e. does he appologize for not calling or does he kind of brush you off, then you will know

Honestly? It doesn't sound like he's very interested, no. However, he could be really shy so there's a chance! Just give him about 2 more days and if he still doesn't call, forget him and move on!
