any idea if there is a time limit on a warrant issued in PA? the case is a civil action filed by a bank because of non-payment. the defendant stopped paying the court-ordered restitution payments and now has a warrant.

its unlikely that it will be actively enforced, just dont get pulled over for speeding or running a light, and you probably wont have to ever worry about it.

Generally, once an arrest warrant is issued, it does not go stale.

After a certain amount of time, law enforcement starts taking it more seriously if the person has not surrended himself.
