Try eating sunflower seeds for the vitamin E, and of course milk vitamin D, and a lot of fresh fruit. Take on vial of Red Panax ginseng about every two days and pour it in a glass of sweet tea and drink it. It makes your hair and your fingernails grow fast. As a man I actually have to cut my fingernails twice a week due to the interaction of the ginseng. Good wishes Chief Weylin- medicine man

There is a medicine called Proscar or something similar that makes you hair grow as a side effect. Use it by care because it is meant for reducing the size of the prostate and not meant for women, but works. There is also a heart medicine as a gel that also have a hair growing side effect too.

A specialist told me to take 3 mg of biotin daily. You have to search around for pills in that dosage otherwise you end up swallowing 12 a day! But it's worth it 'cos it really does promote hair growth.

Vitamin E, and there is also an over the counter pill you can take but I think really the active ingredient is vitamin E, so might as well buy the cheaper plain ole vitamins.

2 drops of Black Creolin in your rinse water will kill all mites and hair bacteria, thus promoting a shiny coat and longer hair. (PS it does smell because the only place you can find this ingredient is in sheep dip...but it does work)
