White is HORRIBLE! It never stays...fades away.

dont get black and white next to eachother. the black will bleed into the white. actually, if you are a white person, dont get white ink, it only stays white for a couple of months, then turns peachish and then your skin color. id recommend just leaving white areas flesh tone. But to ultimately answer your question, all ink will diffuse over time, but the darker the color the more noticible it will be.

I have tried to answer this question and with 12 tattoos I guess my answers are:

the most Yellow

the least black

but I guess it depends on skin tone. I am Hispanic with olive skin. I also think it depends on quality of ink and artist. Just my opinion.

A good high quality tattoo won't bleed, colors do fade tho

This is a guess: Green may bleed a little more. Do others agree?

Green bleeds the most, black the least.
