I need to know what parts I need to buy and what all needs to be done, and if this will even fix the problem, my car is shakes and jumps really bad when I am driving and it acts like it wants to stall out when I am at a red light or stop sign

Fuel filter would be the first thing to replace.
I recommend running a bottle of injection cleaner through the system too. Just pour it down the gas tank.
Other things I'd recommend getting replaced are
Air Filter, Spark plugs and Wires if the car still uses wires.

You should first check for the main wire that connects the distributor to the coil. May times this wire pops and cause your plugs to miss firing. Check out the cable and see if that is the problem.

For a MAJOR tune-up Distributor cap and rotor,spark plugs and spark plug wires,air filter, fuel filter, and the pcv valve!!

oil, oil filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, PVC, air filter, and serpentine belt.
