we have been married for three years now and my wife really has some trust issues. for example she says i am a flirt, last night a female marine that used to work for me came over for dinner cuz my wife babysits her kid, and i put on a t-shirt and some shorts, she said "you never wear that shirt unless we go out somewhere" and the only reason i put it on was cuz i usually just sit around the house in shorts and a cut off shirt, but we were having company. but it seems like whatever i do she thinks im flirting or looking at women, and i am not when she accuses me of it. i mean if i even look in the direction of another women she says i was checkin her out, she dosnt get mad but its just really annoying that she says that all the time. how do i get her to believe that i aint even interested in other women?

i even went to a party with my friends and there were some girls there and i didnt even want to be in that position so i called her and told her to pick me up, and its like she wants to find reasons to not trust me, she didnt even come pick me up.

Sounds to me like your wife has a problem with a severe case of jealousy. She may need some psychological counselling if it continues. If I was you I would sit down with her and have a serious discussion with her about this problem. I donot believe it is you, I believe it is her that has a problem. She is very jealous of you and possibly controlling. I hope your relationship continues and she seeks help with her problem. The very first thing she will have to do is ADMIT that she has a problem and then after that she could seek some counselling for it. Good Luck with her and maybe it might not hurt if you cooled it a bit with the women friends since you have a wife who is acting in this way. take care man and good luck to you.

Did you flirt with her before you where married?
Many women like that extra attention in front of friends, family, etc. Throw in a little kiss, pet names, be more attenative to her needs. Do you see where I'm going with this. I think you get the idea.

Was she abandoned by her father? Just wondering. It took me nearly 30 years to learn that I had "trust" issues that stemmed from having my biological father wlk out when I was 2.
I was in counseling with my husband -adressing his major trust issues when I discovered that I had some deep rooted ones myself. Good luck.

She is just insecure about herself. You need to reassure her that she is beautiful and you don't want to be with anyone else blah blah blah. I know you think she KNOWS this but sometimes we just need to HEAR it. GoOd LuCk!
