Who or what are the jugaloes?

And no, I don't mean gigalos (kept men), I know what they are. These jugaloes are supposedly some sort of gang, possibly with Satanic overtones? Anybody have any info? This is needed for a court case. Thanks for any help.

The idiots in Insane Clown Posse always called their fans 'jugaloes'. I don't know if they originated it or not.
