This condition known as epispadias has nothing to do with circumcision. Being uncircumcised did not cause it, circumcision will not prevent it or cure it. Circumcision is not part of the treatment.
But get him to the doctor, you are going to need a very competent pediatric urologist. The external indications of this condition may be only part of the problem. There could be problems reaching all the way into his bladder.
Your son has a potentially serious problem there and I wish the little guy all the luck in the world.
Please do not beat yourself up about not noticing this for two years, and don't pay too much attention to those that do it to you. You probably would not see the extra opening unless you retract the foreskin, and it is not necessary or advisable to force the foreskin back on a boy so young. It may not have completely released from the glans earlier. Doctors make mistakes and miss details too especially on something so small as an infant's penis.
To the gal that says that removing the skin would not cause any loss of feeling. How do you know? Did you grow a penis and have it circumcised? Or did you mean that it would cause no loss of feelings in you because you have none anyway? Since you and your type seem to think pain for a male is of no matter, let me explain it to you like this. It's like circumcision is like serious, it is like not being able to find a fingernail polish that like matches that lipstick that is so like divine with those shoes you got on sale, and it's like that every day for the like rest of your life.

all of them act otherwise even as teething. This sounds like it might want to get risky because he might want to get dehydrated truly (some thing to maintain in options). There are meals which have a tendency to loosen issues up a touch - like apple juice (juice typically does). in case you have not already tried bananas - they have a acceptance of creating kids constipated so it might want to help harden issues up some. One idea: each and every so often even as kids are constipated, apparently like diarrhea because it quite is the in elementary words waste they could squeeze out - even as quite they're truly constipated. Constipation is so painful for them and makes them no longer favor to eat (no longer fairly some room in there for nutrition once you won't be able to bypass #2). Crying uncontrollably would not be uncommon. in elementary words having a million-3 diapers an afternoon seems very low if he has authentic diarrhea - you understand, human beings regularly run to the relax room a number of cases in an hour! So, increasing water intake might want to be good both way. possibly ask the pediatrician about that -they could regularly tell through doing a actual exam if the newborn is constipated. Bananas might want to in elementary words make the challenge worse if he's truly constipated. So, if he's constipated water, prune juice, and apple juice are good thoughts. Getting a 2d opinion is a good, threat-free idea.

A urologist should assess his condition. Not all such conditions require surgery. It is not an uncommon defect, and is not related to his foreskin. This is a condition that develops in utero. See the link below for more information.

That is good that you are taking him to the doctor. It is okay if he has surgery, he is still young. It is better to have surgery when you are young instead of when you are older.
