A lot of hair loss is hereditary. There's nothing you can do to change your genes...You can, however, buy thickening shampoos and hair products to make your hair LOOK thicker, but for it to actually grow back? I don't believe there's much of a chance for that.

3 Reasons
1. Disease of the scalp
2. Wearing of tight hats/cloths
3. baldness/ hair loss by probably heredity
If you do Sirasana (Head ground..Leg top position for few minutes), blood will circulate to head and can stop hair loss. Never worry about hair loss or any other things. Simple massage by yourself in hairroot is enough to prevent it. Never use shampoo. 2 or 3 days Head bath with green gram powder is enough.

Every cell in the body has some thing to do with your diet intake. Greying of hair is linked to excess consumption of salt in the diet. Therefore reduce your salt intake by way of avoiding pickles, papad etc. which contains more salt by default. Further, don’t add even a pinch of salt in your food if you feel it to be less. Consume 30-35 ml of Amla fresh juice every day, along with some yoga exercises. This will help to stop the process of further greying. Regular bowel is the prerequisite for good hair. So make sure that your bowel movement is regular or take few sittings of Virechan, which is a part of Ayurvedic Panchakarma. We have special hair care packages designed as per individual constitution.
Falling of hair: Falling of hair is a natural phenomenon. Unless the hair fall, you can not expect the new hair growth. It is as simple to understand that if you donate some blood, the body will restore it back. So don’t get panic even if you have this problem. According to Ayurveda, hair is the bi-product of bones and proper nourishment ensures healthy hair. At Naturon Health centre, we advice proper diet aspect designed according to individual constituent, provide various head massage treatments, packages with herbal ingredients and assure
Safe and effective treatment for various hair related problems.
Dandruff is the disease of scalp (Skin below the hair) and not the disease of hair. Therefore use of any shampoo will hardly have any effect on dandruff. If you really want to treat the dandruff, the medicine should remain in contact with the skin for at least few hours. Shampoo is washed within 10 seconds after adequate foaming. Therefore it can only wash away the dandruff but not treat the cause. It is as simple to understand that if you have any skin disease and you apply a medicated cream and wash it within 10 seconds, whether it will have any effect on the skin? Ayurveda has described number of preparations (like hair packs) to be applied and kept overnight. Even one such application helps to prevent the formation of dandruff for several months. There is one more small correction you need to do while taking bath, wash the hair with plenty of water after using shampoo. The chemicals used in the shampoo should be washed out thoroughly. It will prevent the dandruff formation to some extent.
Total baldness is not curable with any treatment known to me. Ageing and genetic factors are such that man is still unable to overcome them. You have got to accept them and live with it. In case of alopecia areata, Ayurveda has an excellent treatment. Virechan treatment helps to recover this kind of baldness and also application of leeches help to eliminate the causative factors from within the blood. Application of some oils, lepa (herbal creams) have proven effects in such diseases
