Dont give up.....
Treat each new relationship as if it were the first one. Do not take your past experiences into your present relationship. (this will only hurt you or your partner in the long run) No one wants to be judged by an ex.
And definately don't settle for someone because your tired of failed relationships. There are times you will have someone break up with you and you miss them. This is natural. There is no closure on your end. But you need to look past that.
Your parents probably understand more than you know or more than they let on. This may be the reason they disagree. They may see more into it than you do. (It is very easy for you to overlook results in a relationship if you love someone).
Good luck to you and remember dont settle for less because of past experiences!!

You start with yourself. Each relationship should be a learning experience. Relationships should teach you just as much about yourself as the other person. I know it's hard, but try to look at your past relationships objectively, and really think about what was right and what was wrong. Don't think about fights or agruments as they are usually only caused by other underlying issues. Think about what YOU wanted out the relationship and you got or didn't get.Think about what your partner wanted and what you did or didn't give regardless of why you did not give something.
Take the time to reflect on past experiences and try to let the knowledge you gain of yourself help guide actions and decisions in future relationships.
Don't take this the wrong way, but in a normal healthy relationship usually both parties are responsible for failure of the relationship in some way.
Keep your head up and remember this:
Everyone is very unique which makes trying to find someone that matches you very hard. Without the trials we face in life we will never become a person that is a match for someone else. These trials are hard, but in the end worth the pain.

You have to start getting into having your feet sniffed on a daily basis. But only if you have pretty toes and high arches. If you don't then your relationships will always be doomed.

Don't get serious right now. Just worry about being a kid. If your parents don't want you dating this guy then you have to repect that.

Try to study something, language, music.....since....This helps me when I was in that kind of situation. I just kept my mind busy.
Good luck!
