i found this page ethat has a cool effect on it and i want to know how to duplicate it on my site.

Use FireFox web browser. Then load the JsView extension. I also recommend the Web Developer, Ad Block, HTML Validator, Reveal extensions.
If it's happening on the client side you can see it.

If the coder was worth his pay, he buried the code in an external file referenced by the web server. Otherwise many types of code are compiled, e.g. (.aspx, jsp). You have to be more specific. If any of the previous conditions were true, without hacking the web server, which I don't recommend, there is not way to see the code. Also I of course need to point out that it is probably protected by copyright.
