Please don't reply with "JUST GO TO THE DR.", we don't have health insurance and I don't want to go if this will just go away, I can't waste the money.
Anyhow, I haven't been feeling well for almost 2 weeks now.
I get headaches and hot flashes (im only 26). I also just don't feel "right", a little disorented I guess I would say. I had a bad stomach ache over the weekend that lasted three days and went away. I also have endometriosis and the worst of these symptoms came when my period came, I don't know if they are related but im guessing not since my period is over and I still don't feel well, and I didn't feel good before it came, just worse when it was here.
Could I just have something like the flu and it will go away on it's own? Im not sure what to do, im kind of scared, but not scared enough to go to the dr.'s, because I don't want to "waste" money if what ever is wrong with me will go away.
Thanks for anyones help, and please don't leave stupid answers, I don't need any!

I did throw up last thursday, but I had a glass of wine and and took an ambien, which I know was stupid.
I haven't drank or taken anything since except 2 regular tylonal last night for my headache, which didn't really help much.
I have also had diarrea on and off, but I always do with my period with my endometriosis.

What a country we live in when people have to forgo going to the doctor for lack of money. You can go to a clinic less expensively or contact your state for reasonable health insurance rates. More states are stepping in since the federal government has cut spending.

What you are describing can be a number of things. Try modifying your diet first, cut out caffeine, alcohol, greasy foods and carbonated drinks. Drink plenty of water and eat in moderation. If you see an improvement continue this, if not see a doctor.

What you are describing can be an ulcer, gall bladder or a flu to name a few things. If you have had children, at your age a gall bladder problem is not unheard of.

If you are running a fever, then their may be some sort of infection some where. A fever that is high enough and untreated can cause disoriented behavior and hot flashes or something similar. Endometriosis can cause the headache and stress from the symptoms and worrying can cause a stomach ache???? I would just make sure there is not fever and go to the doctor as a last resort. You'll know when you just can't take it any more. Good luck, and just for the heck of it, you may call your local health department and see if they can recommend a low cost clinic that could check you out if need be. The endometriosis needs to be checked every year with you annual pap and other fun womanly stuff. If nothing else, the health department could work with your finances that way and do the "female" exam for you.

I'm sorry you don't feel well. You may be beginning menopause, it happens, but not likely. give it a couple of more days and if you still aren't feeling any better I would go into the doctors. There should be free walk in doctors offices. or health clinics that will see you. I know it is a pain in the neck to have to do the research, but it is well worth it. I have never had health insurance because, well face it, who can afford it now a days, Look in the phone book or call any doctors offices or health clinics and ask them for any numbers where you can get some help. Hope you feel better soon.

Headaches, hot flashes, disorientation... these things have nothing to do with your endometriosis. These things show the symptoms of something other than flu, especially if you have no fever, coughing, sneezing etc. I know it may cost you a little now but you probably need to see a physician. And just so you don't waste a trip, write everything down and when it started and when any of the symptoms stopped. Be informed, tell the doctor EVERYTHING, don't think one thing may not be related to the other.

Any Barfing or Diarehha (sp?) ? Have you had a bowel movement within the past 3 days? What are you taking now? Were you talking anything before it got this bad.. Maybe ur having a bd reaction..

It will be 1 of 4 things
1. Pregnant
2.Bad reaction to something you eat.But would not last this long unless you have eat it again before the healing cycle was complete.
3.LIKE you said THE FLU
4.Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or just plain lethargy..

I say wait 3 more days drink water and Gatorade for electrolytes Soup. try to stay away from SALT and you will be fine if your running a temperature that seems to be steadily going up I must advise the hospital... BUT ASAP DRINK GATORADE AND WATER and i bet you feel like urself.,

Ignore the two idiots who posted first. You didn't say if you were taking any meds. That could be a factor. It doesn't dound like the flu, which doesn't usually last that long. Sadly the only answer I have is to go to the doctor. Do you have a county medical clinic that uses a sliding scale? Check that out, it will be a lot less expensive. You have a right to be concerned. It does need checking into. Good luck.

I had the exact same problem as you and it turns out it was candida. Google sites for the candida diet and some have self testing to see if any of the symptoms match. I was dog sick for about three months and went to 5 different doctors and those morons thought it was the flu too. I hope this helps.

It sounds like you need your gall-bladder removed. Your symptoms match those of two people I know who had gall-bladder problems. Don't be scared - it is an outpatient procedure. Can your parents help you with the doctor bill? If not, most doctor offices offer payment plans for treatment. Your health affects your whole life. Be wise and get some help. Take care!!

Is there a local hospital for the indigent in your area ( a hospital that doesn't require payment up front)? If so, go there and ask them to bill you for the services.

I know you want to avoid a bill but there's no way around it.

It may not be serious, but why take chances with your life...you only have ONE.

You may have a stomach bug. Is your heartbeat regular? did you bleed a lot? Try some good vitamins with extra iron to get your blood levels up. You could be anemic.
