Barclays I-shares does not have an India Index ETF.

They do however have an Emerging Markets ETF (EEM) which keeps about 5% of its holdings in stocks from India.

Some of the other international ETFs will have some indian stocks, but not that amount of holdings. They are continually adding new ETF's by region and may have an Indian one soon.

Currently your best bet is to purchase a mutual fund that might have more holdings from India.
