Alannah (a-LAN-a) Elizabeth
Brianna (bree-AN-a) Elizabeth
Cathleen (kath-LEEN) Elizabeth
Ciara (KEE-a-ra, KEER-a) Elizabeth
Honor (AHN-ur) Elizabeth
Isibéal (IZ-a-bel) Eileen
Kathleen (kath-LEEN) Elizabeth
Kiera (KEE-a-ra, KEER-a) Elizabeth
Nora (NOR-a) Elizabeth (or spelled Norah)
Reagan Elizabeth
Teagan Elizabeth
Treasa (TRA-sa) Elizabeth

Eileen (ie-LEEN, ay-LEEN) would work as a middle name for some of these too.

Congratulations and I hope one of the above names inspires you.

Rose is my fave girl's name

This has been used a lot in Ireland, my Irish Great grandmother's sister was called Rosena, shortened to Rose.

Elizabeth is also very pretty and the sort of name that doesn't go out of fashion

As is Katherine or Catherine. All popular in Ireland.

Traditional Irish names are ones like Siobhan, Sinead, Maeve, Colleen etc. I'd be wary of any really hard-to-pronounce Gaelic names unless you actually are an Gaelic speaking person living in Ireland as people just won't be able to pronounce or spell them.

I'm Welsh and my fave Welsh girl's names are Angharad and Catrin (Welsh for Catherine).

We were going to call out baby Rose Catrin Angharad if it was a girl, but we're having a boy and have decided on Arthur David William instead.

Drea Elizabeth is pretty if you want to "modernize it"

With the middle name as Elizabeth:

I KNOW this might sound kinda weird with some late names but ELIZA ELIZABETH sounds soooo cute for some reason.

Also a good friend of mine named her daughter and used Elizabeth hyphenated with another middle name and Syrena Blythe-Elizabeth ________. Turned out to sound beautiful.
