I think it's because navy isn't a hot colour in shoes now. Shoes and bags go together obivously, and when a colour is out in shoes, it's out in bags. You might have to try a different approach with the bag, like one that you see on the red carpet at award shows, they often have glittery little showy purses that do not necessarily match their dress or shoes.

The same reason why they don't do navy blue pumps. Have looked for ever for navy blue stylish pumps - you know fm pumps and no one has done one.

Oh but they do, honey You have to be a fashion obsessed maniac to find one though! Shop at Goodwill's, boutiques, vintage stores(the real vintage stores :)) you can find anything just take the time to look, you'll find one
