When I click on a link from a web page or even my email, the window pops up, but will sit there blank with nothing on it. I tried everything, even enabling pop-ups, and that doesn't work. Please tell me how to resolve this.

You should better pass to Mozzila Thunderbird because it will make that easier.
If you click that in Outlook it may be disabled to show content in pop-ups or because of your firewall!

You should tell us what you're using for an email client and web browser at the very least to get some meaningful answers.

You must be using Outlook.
Dump it for Mozilla Thunderbird
