They are not the same..
NSE and BSE are two exchanges where u can trade stocks...
There is a great difference in volume of the same stock being traded on the two exchanges.
How can u expect the prices on both the exchanges to be same???

They will be close to each other, since trading take place between brokers based on the ticker movements shown to them on the trading floor. The difference if there is any people play arbitrage.
