The left ventricle has the thickest musculature of all four heart chambers. It pumps blood to the rest of the body through the aortic valve, and consequently must work against the greatest blood pressures. Obviously the muscle that is stressed most becomes the strongest and thickest.

The left ventricle wall is thicker than that of the right. This is because it has to pump blood up (against gravity) into the Aorta and then to the rest of the body

i dont know but am guessing the left side as it has to force the blood into the aorta, which may put more pressure on the heart wall than the incoming blood, but like i say am only guessing.

the right and left ventricles because they are the ones that actually pumps out big volumes of blood.... left ventricle more...as it need to pump harder to distribute oxygenated blood to the whole circulatory system...to the peripheral areas of the body

the left side, cos its got to pump oxygenated blood round the body. ( the right side pumps the blood to the lungs to be oxygenated)
