It depends. If your only interaction with him has been online and through Yahoo! then he would have access to whatever information you put on your profile. If he ever got wind of your real name then it's possible he could have used something like http://www.zabasearch.com to locate information about you. It's not easy but with enough patience it is possible.
Somehow I doubt you're in any real danger, but let this be a lesson to watch what information you give out online. For guys this is nothing but women need to be a bit more careful. The Internet is packed crazy, horny guys. Be safe out there. :)

Yes to most of your questions.
But, if you are truly worried about this, then contact the police in your area, they will be able to track this guy if his words were threating enough. Also toss an email to Yahoo and let them know what hes been spreading.
Most likely hes 12 and has nothing better to do. The virus may be just a coincident, but there are keyloggers that will allow him to see what you type.
About the phone calls, ya, when people sign up for things on the net , like this, that give you a little profile. Any info like first , last name and where you live and be searched on the net, leading to someone able to get your phone number. Its easy to do and doesnt require a genuis. Hes prolly making it all up because if he was any good at hacking he would not be yapping about it and he would just be cracking yahoo like he says..

I do not think he could find you over the internet unless he was a master at technology and computers. If your that concerned about it, change your phone number to be unlisted. Tell the phone company you may have a stalker harrassing you over the phone and the phone company, believe me, is very cooperative with the customer in this regard. If you feel more comfortable, go to the police and talk to them. It certainly wouldn't hurt anything and probably make you feel better about the situation.
Good Luck, honey, and I hope everything works out for you.

If he is as good with computers as he says you don't have to tell him your location, he could find it other ways. Personally I would go to police and tell them about his statements to you and the mysterious phone calls. At the least they will be able to advise you further. Better to be safe than sorry.

the guy's a freak. Block his selection, ask to take a seat down removed from him in college, do not create eyecontact. If the placement gets worse or if he trys to take income of you, then call the police right now.

Those sound like threats to me. I would call the police.
FYI -- no one is that good that Yahoo is afraid of them personally. Sounds like a big ego too.
