I have been cracking my joints since i was a little kid. When i say my joints i mean everything, neck, nose, toes, fingers, knuckles, back, knees, everything...

it really has become a very bad habit for me, and i am trying to figureout some sort of method to quit, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know, or if you have a detailed suggestion please email me at doriansokolovsky@yahoo.com

Maybe that old rubber band on the hand trick might work, every time you crack something... since it impulsive, pop yourself with the rubber band... worth a try.

But you know what, one habit is always replaced by a next, so maybe look for a more constructive one.

Just think abt the things ur doing to ur boness! ..... ur damaging them all the cartilage and stuff..... u can be left with very weak bones later on so stopp
